Name the thing.
In your own words, and you see how it will look before you agree to it.
Fika puts one accountability partner between you and the thing you keep not doing. You say what you'll do, they find out whether you did it at a time you both picked, and they say something back. Your ordinary to-dos live in the same app.

of people who wrote their goals down and sent weekly progress to a friend either finished them or got more than halfway. Of the people who only thought about their goals, 43% got that far. Gail Matthews, Dominican University of California, 2015.
Checking in is not a checkbox. You answer with all of it, a solid amount, or the smallest thing, and you can write a line about why. Say nothing and that is what arrives.
Attach a photo if you want to. It's optional.

It takes a deliberate moment, not a tap. Nothing is yours until you have made it yours.
The app writes the message. One text, and it's something you told them rather than something you meant to get to.

One person you choose. In Fika they're called your witness: they see the commitment you made and how you answered each day, and they can say something back. They're not your manager, and they don't see anything else.
Commit to yourself and everything works the same way. Most people find it easier to ask somebody once they can show them exactly what they would be agreeing to.

Yes, all of it, right now. No paywall, no limits, no trial and no card to enter.
Not yet. Fika needs an iPhone running iOS 17 or later, and a web version is being built. Worth knowing before you ask somebody, because they will need an iPhone too.
Then it did not work and you should delete it. You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app, without emailing anybody or waiting on support.
Fika is free on iPhone. The rest of it is between the two of you.
